Доллар продолжает движение вниз. В четверг курс понизился еще на 8 копеек и составил 24,12 рубля за $1. Зато евро притормозил и вырос всего на 1,8 копейки, до 36,41 рубля за 1 евро. Причина падения доллара – слова главы ФРС Бена Бернанке, которые рынок истолковал как обещание понизить ключевую ставку 18 марта.

Курс доллара продолжает падение, начатое накануне обвалом сразу на 26 копеек. В четверг американская валюта потеряла еще 8,07 копейки, и ее средневзвешенный курс к 11.30 мск составил 24,1159 рубля за $1 расчетами tomorrow. При этом евро совсем немного прибавил к набранным накануне 19 копейкам – средневзвешенный курс поднялся на 1,79 копейки до 36,406 рубля за 1 евро расчетами today.

Он заявил, что американский регулятор «будет тщательно анализировать поступающую информацию, сосредоточившись на экономическом прогнозе, и будет своевременно и по мере необходимости действовать для поддержания роста и обеспечения адекватной страховки против рисков замедления».

Рынок понял слова Бернанке как обещание дальнейших снижений ключевой процентной ставки.

«После выступления главы ФРС стало понятно, что улучшения ситуации в США не предвидится, и ставку будут снижать и дальше», – отмечает аналитик компании «Атон» Инга Фокша. «Рынок полностью отыгрывал предстоящее понижение ставки в середине марта на 0,5%», – говорит аналитик FxTeam Александр Купцикевич.

ФРС уже снизила базовую процентную ставку, которая определяет стоимость заимствований и привлекательность валюты, с 5,25% годовых в сентябре 2007 года до 3% годовых. «Для Европейского центробанка сейчас важнее уровень инфляции, для ФРС – риск замедления экономики. Поэтому вложения в доллары сейчас выглядят менее привлекательно, чем вложения в евро и любую другую валюту», – объясняет Фокша. Если 18 марта ставку, как ожидают игроки рынка, сократят в очередной раз, она составит 2,5% годовых.

Продолжится ли падение доллара, наблюдающееся уже пятый день подряд, зависит от экономической статистики по США.

«Сегодня в 16.30 будут опубликованы данные по ВВП Америки. Если они будут пересмотрены в негативном отношении, то вполне вероятно, что доллар еще снизится», – отмечает Фокша.
«Однако вероятнее всего, что, взяв уровень $1,50 по евро/доллар, пара будет консолидироваться некоторое время. Таким образом, до конца недели уровень 24,10–24,15 вполне вероятен», – считает Купцикевич.
